Rent a Garden For Any Event

Standard Outdoor Wedding Rentals

Gardens wedding rentals for a large group of people in Orlando, Florida.
Ceremony times:
10 a.m. – rent time from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m
4 p.m. – rent time from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Fee: $750/2 hours

Standard Leu Gardens’ outdoor rentals would be the perfect setting for your special day if you have up to 180 guests. Because of its natural beauty, Harry P. Leu Gardens is a brilliant setting for weddings and other important events.

Outdoor wedding sites include the Rose Garden, Leu House Museum Lawn, “Landing” and Floral Clock.

Standard Outdoor wedding rental features use of bride’s and groom’ s dressing rooms and complimentary one year Garden Membership for the couple.

Small Outdoor Wedding Rentals

Gardens wedding rentals for a small group of people in Orlando, Florida.
Ceremony times:
9 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m., 3:30 p.m. – for the rent time of 1 hour
Fee: $250/1 hour

Small outdoor rentals are ideal for those couples who wish to keep arrangements elegant and short within 1 hour with a maximum of 25 guests. For your just the once in a life day choose a garden you and your guests will never forget.

Outdoor sites for small weddings include the White Garden, South Woods Gazebo, Courtyard Gazebo, and Trellis.

Garden House - Daytime, Evening and Weekend Rentals

Garden House rentals any event in Orlando, Florida.

The Garden House is the beautiful place for meetings and receptions that features the Art Gallery and educational colorful displays with the huge range of Central Florida flora.

The house can be rented for any special gathering, either it is a business meeting, a family celebration, or a holiday party. It is available for the daytime, evening, or weekend rents.

Daytime: Monday – Friday
Time: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (2 hours minimum)
Fee: $50/hour (1-45 guests), $100/hour (45-180 guests)

Evenings and Weekends
Evenings Time: 6 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Weekends Time: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m, 5 p.m. - 9 p.m, 6 p.m. - 10 p.m
Rooms are available for 4 hours rent only
Fee: $300/4 hours (1-45 guests), $750/4 hours (45-180 guests)

Reservation Process

Reservation and Payment

  • – Can be held for 5 days without payment
  • – 50% deposit is required for reservation
  • – Final payment must be made 30 days prior to the event


The City of Orlando requires a "Certificate of Insurance" for all private events.
This may be obtained through Harry P. Leu Gardens and the fee is based on the number of guests.

Insurance rates are:
1 - 75 guests - $31.92
76 - 175 guests - $53.20
176 - 260 guests - $79.80

Refund Policy

Cancellations and date changes must be requested in writing. In case the event is cancelled, the following refund policy will be exercised:
60+ days notification - 100% refund
30-59 days notification - 50% refund
1 - 30 days notification - 0% refund
